Come experience some of the newly emerging state-of-the-science approaches for characterizing and maximizing student brain health. Brain science in recent years has revealed much about how to best empower and equip students to “neuro-engineer” and “fuel” their own brain to peak performance by how they engage it every day. In this digital age, where students may tackle everything from "information overload" to FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), it has become particularly important to be strategic in the ways we take in information and direct our mental energy. An emphasis will be placed on forward-thinking applications to optimize learning potential, social cognition, psychological health, and ultimately real-life productivity, focusing on how to promote increased brain potential and resilience in our “iGeneration” with some actionable tips and takeaways.
