A couple of weeks ago, Gray Reed hosted its 6th firm retreat. On April 23, 2024, the U.S. Department of Labor issued a Final Rule, increasing the minimum salary and compensation thresholds for certain overtime exemptions under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
