Our goal at Alliant is to work with firms as partners to educate and where appropriate, employ new ideas, look into and fill any gaps in programs and exploit any opportunities to reduce spend and improve employee experience.  The goal is to drive down cost trend with measurable 3-5 year strategic goals, with the backdrop being use of data to direct recommendations.
