Dallas City Manager Kimberly Bizor Tolbert oversees the day-to-day operations of one of the nation's largest cities. At this event, she brings her entire leadership team with her.
Tolbert will deliver a direct update on city operations, priorities, and the initiatives shaping Dallas's future before sitting down with all five of her Assistant City Managers for a conversation you will not find anywhere else.
The panel brings together the full breadth of Dallas city leadership: Robin Bentley on economic development and planning, Liz Cedillo-Pereira on public safety and emergency management, Alina Ciocan on city services and code compliance, Donzell Gipson on budget and fiscal operations, and Dev Rastogi on infrastructure and utilities. Together, they cover the decisions and departments that affect how businesses operate, grow, and plan in Dallas every day.
