Dallas City Manager Kimberly Bizor Tolbert oversees the day-to-day operations of one of the nation's largest cities. At this event, she brings her entire leadership team with her.
Tolbert will deliver a direct update on city operations, priorities, and the initiatives shaping Dallas's future before sitting down with her executive leadership team for a conversation you will not find anywhere else.
The panel brings together the full breadth of Dallas city leadership: Robin Bentley on economic development and planning, Liz Cedillo-Pereira on libraries, parks, and the arts, Alina Ciocan on city services and code compliance, Dominique Artis on public safety and emergency response, Donzell Gipson on facilities, fleet, and civil service, Jack Ireland on budget, finance, and data, and Dev Rastogi on infrastructure and utilities. Chief of Staff Ahmad Goree works with the City Manager to align priorities across the team. Together, they cover the decisions and departments that affect how businesses operate, grow, and plan in Dallas every day.
